I understand and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, all participants hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless BouncyCastleRentals.ca, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, assigns, and executors from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of BouncyCastleRentals.ca or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. The Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BouncyCastleRentals.ca from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the Participants' participation in bouncy castle rental activities, including those resulting from the negligence of BouncyCastleRentals.ca.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks: Participants acknowledge that Bouncy Castle use involves risks of physical injury and even death. These risks may arise from the Participant’s actions, the actions of others, or the uncontrolled natural environment.

Nature of the Risks: Risks may include but are not limited to concussion, blunt force trauma, broken bones, heat stroke, exhaustion, loss of consciousness, fall injuries, equipment failure or malfunction, and risk of the bouncy castle becoming airborne in high winds.

Acceptance of Risks: By participating in bouncy castle activities, Participants voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, associated with bouncy castle use, even if arising from the negligence of BouncyCastleRentals.ca or others, and assume full responsibility for their participation.

A $150 security deposit is added to each booking and due prior to pick up. Deposits are held until the rental items is returned in good condition and is refunded 72hrs after return. Rental items returned damaged or soiled will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Participant understands that delivery is not available through BouncyCastleRentals.ca. Customers agree to pick up the Castle from their designated pick up location and return it to the same address. Rentals begin at 9:00am on the first day and end at 5:00pm on the last day of their booking. Questions, comments or concerns can be emailed in writing to sales@bouncycastlerentals.ca.

I understand that a 30% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. I understand that I waive all rights to these funds in the event of a customer-initiated cancellation including cancellations for inclement weather. Customers are welcome to reschedule their booking to another date with 72 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be sent in writing to sales@bouncycastlerentals.ca.

Castles are expected to be returned in clean condition. Sweep the floor and wipe down with water and mild detergent. Castles should be wiped down to remove any dirt, debris, or other contaminants from the interior and exterior. Saunas returned in unreasonably soiled, wet, or musty condition will be charged a $400 cleaning fee.

Rain. In a event the castle becomes wet due to rain, contact us immediately. In most cases we can arrange for customers to keep the castle for an additional day to let it dry. When the bad weather passes, inflate the castle and leave it inflated for 2-3 hours until it is dry, then proceed to fold and return it.

Inflatable castles can become extremely dangerous in high winds. Customers are advised to discontinue use of rented castle if winds, either sustained or gusts, exceed 15mph. Though very rare, high winds can cause inflatable castles to become airborne. In rare cases, wind accidents of this kind have been fatal. Always anchor bouncy castles to the ground with stakes provided.
